These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Acuity HQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of all Acuity HQ products, including the website at acuity-hq.com, courses hosted at edu.acuity-hq.com, and the Acuity app at app.acuity-hq.com.

Upon purchase of a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the purchased course materials for your own private, non-commercial use.

The first module of selected Acuity HQ courses is available as a free trial with no payment required. Free trial access is personal and non-transferable. Upgrading to the full course at any time unlocks all remaining modules under the licence terms above.
The Acuity app is available on a subscription basis following a 7-day free trial. After your trial period, your chosen subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us at support@acuity-hq.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a paid billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, no charge is made. To cancel your trial before it converts to a paid subscription, email support@acuity-hq.com before your trial period ends. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation of a paid subscription must be received at least 3 days before your renewal date. This gives us time to process your request before the next payment is made.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will never be charged more than the price they signed up at during their current subscription period. Any price changes will only apply at the point of renewal, and subscribers will be notified in advance.
When you use Pretext or Signal within the Acuity app, you may input personal information, descriptions of conversations, and details about your relationships and circumstances.
Your Pretext and Signal data is encrypted and stored on your device only. We do not have access to the content of your Pretext inputs, Signal inputs, or any outputs generated from them. This data is not transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by Acuity HQ servers.
We do not read it, sell it, share it, or use it in any way. It belongs entirely to you.
Certain non-personal usage data, such as feature interaction patterns, may be collected in aggregate and anonymised form to help us improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct your personal inputs.

All content within Acuity HQ courses and the Acuity app, including but not limited to text, worksheets, frameworks, scripts, audio, video, design, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Acuity HQ and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, share, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any course or app content without our prior written consent. This includes sharing login credentials, posting content in public forums, or reselling access in any form.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access and, where applicable, legal action.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Mollie. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
For course purchases, access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. For app subscriptions, access begins at the start of your trial and continues through each paid billing period.

Acuity app: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
Course refund requests made after 30 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
